If you are having problems viewing a page on the RefNow platform, our support team may ask you to complete the following troubleshooting steps:

Using Chrome Inspector to check for blocked URLs

1. Using the Chrome browser, whilst on the page which is causing problems, right click and select 'Inspect'

2. On the panel which appears, select the network tab:

3. Refresh the page.

4. You will see a list of URLs which have been loaded in the network tab. Please identify any which are RED as these have failed to load.

5. Please provide a screenshot of the RED urls listed to RefNow support.
