You may receive this message when attempting to login:

"Login failed: Your account is not enabled. Please contact the RefNow Administrator in your organisation and request them to enable your account."

This is because your account has been Disabled by a RefNow Administrator within your organisation.

This could be for a number of reasons:

  • They may be running low on user licenses and have disabled your account until they purchase more.

  • They may have noticed the account is not being used and decided to Disable the account.

  • They may think you have left the company.

You should contact a RefNow Administrator within your organisation if you would like your account to be Enabled.
