The person in your organisation that owns the account will have to grant you access to the account by creating a new user for you. If he/she is no longer working at your organisation, we will need a manager or director to get in touch with us by either calling us on (+44) 208 164 0300 or visit our website refnow.com drop us a message and provide approval and we will then be able to add you to the account.
