To enable a user so he/she can start using their account, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login into your Refnow Account.

  2. Head to Admin > Users and Teams on the menu at the top of the page.

  3. Select the user from the team they've been assigned to.

  4. Click on the pencil icon on the right hand side. Once clicked, you will see the below:

Make sure the Active Account button is ticked and click on Save so the changes can be applied. You will then be able to see the user's status as Active.
