When completing a reference, you will have the option to attach a PDF file for a reference. Here are the steps on how to do it:

  • You will receive an email asking you to complete the reference:

  • Once you click on "Complete Reference", this will direct you to the below screen:

  • Now, you will have to click on "Upload PDF reference here" which will enable you to upload a file as shown below:

  • The last step will be choosing a file and clicking "Upload Reference File". Bear in mind that if the document you have is in Word or any other format, this will have to be converted to a PDF file in order for you to be able to upload this. Once you have uploaded your reference, you will receive the below confirmation message:
